The Pat Summitt Clinic is an outpatient clinic dedicated exclusively to the care, family support and advancement of new treatments of Alzheimer's disease. made up of a team of neurologists, geriatricians, advanced registered nurse practitioners, social workers and cognitive evaluation specialists who help patients with memory disorders and their families and caregivers.
