Yes May be you see many people are sitting and gathering around there but depends on the time yo want t visit the Tomb,these days night times are busy time so better to go there around 5-7 PM local time. But generally do not worry about this issue people are easily move out after respecting and taking photo in a few minutes. wish you guys happy time there.
