FCC Chairman Brendan Carr sent a letter to Comcast on Tuesday announcing a probe of the company's relations with NBC affiliates.

In a letter to Comcast’s CEO, Carr expressed concerns that NBC and other networks are attempting “to extract onerous financial and operational concessions from local broadcast TV stations”

The company says it will "cooperate with them to answer their questions" and that it is "proud" of supporting local broadcasters
