The JR Motorsports driver looked to be heading straight for Victory Lane during the NASCAR Xfinity Series Ag-Pro 300 at Talladega Superspeedway yesterday. However, after a tap from Jesse Love on the final lap of the race sent him into a spin and into the barriers, his hopes of securing win slipped away.

During the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Talladega, Connor Zilisch was in a huge single-car crash into the inside wall. That wreck brought out the caution on the last lap and gave the race to Austin Hill.

Connor Zilisch’s race at Talladega Superspeedway ended with a final-lap crash caused by Jesse Love, but their friendship and sportsmanship remained strong.
