Between inflation and tariffs, it's become more challenging for folks to purchase affordable, good-quality groceries, even at a money-saving haven like Costco.

Warehouse retail giant Costco Wholesale has sued the Trump administration as it seeks a refund for the tariffs it has paid as the Supreme Court considers whether they were enacted illegally.

Trump justified his sweeping tariffs by calling the U.S. trade deficit a “national emergency.” Costco’s suit alleges his signature economic policy is unlawful.
