BJP candidate from New Delhi assembly seat, Parvesh Verma met those who were injured after being allegedly hit by the car of AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal at the Lady Hardinge Medical College on January 18.

Sharing a clip of the incident, the AAP wrote on 'X', "Fearing defeat, BJP panicked, got its goons to attack Arvind Kejriwal. BJP candidate Pravesh Verma's goons attacked Arvind Kejriwal with bricks and stones while he was campaigning and tried to hurt him so that he could not campaign."

Arvind Kejriwal said that the AAP couldn't deliver on three promises in Delhi, the cleaning of the Yamuna river, providing clean drinking water and making Delhi's roads of European standard.

Delhi Police clarified that it can neither grant nor reject such permission at this time as all permissions for political activities are granted through a single window system in the concerned DEO office.
