SAN RAMON – A magnitude 3.3 earthquake rattled the East Bay late Monday night, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The quake struck around 10:47 p.m. about 2.4 miles southeast of San Ramon, the USGS reported. The earthquake was felt as far away as Oakland, Union City and Dublin, according to the USGS.
