Backup QB Davis Mills and Texans overcome 19-point, fourth-quarter deficit to stun Jaguars 36-29
Backup Davis Mills threw two touchdown passes in the final quarter and scrambled 14 yards for the go-ahead score with 31 seconds left and the Houston Texans rallied from a 19-point fourth-quarter deficit for a 36-29 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
The aftermath: The pass helped get the Texans moving. Six plays later, they were in Jaguars territory and Mills scored the go-ahead touchdown on the drive's 14th play to give Houston its first lead of the game with 31 seconds left. Schultz also atoned for a third-down drop earlier in the second half that led to turnover on downs.

The Houston Texans pulled off one of the wildest comebacks of the season over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, and in the process, the two teams combined to make some history. The game ended with the Texans topping the Jags 36-29, a score that had never been seen before in the 106-year history of the NFL.
The Texans defense shut out the Titans 26-0 earlier this season and should win by at least eight points in Week 11. Oddsmakers set this total at 38.5 for a reason, as points should be tough to find.
The Jaguars’ slow collapse on Sunday against the Texans was tough to watch. Jacksonville held a 29–10 heading into the fourth quarter and were facing a Houston side led by backup quarterback Davis Mills. It felt like cruise control could get the Jags to victory from there.
