Asked when he arrived for the ceremony how he had found time to prepare, Trump said he “didn’t really prepare very much.”

The Kennedy Center Honors, held Dec. 7 in Washington, D.C. will air on CBS and stream on Paramount+ on Dec. 23. Other honorees include George Strait, Gloria Gaynor, Michael Crawford and Sylvester Stallone. Trump is first sitting president to host the event.
