Norfolk State University offered new head football coach Michael Vick an annual base salary of $400,000, according to a report from the Virginian-Pilot. Well above the $240K agreed on by former head coach Dawson Odums who Vick replaced after going 15-30 in the previous four seasons.

Israel Carter, who was at South Florida, made his announcement via social media on Friday, confirming he will be suiting up for the Spartans.
