Hendrix, one of the team’s primary scorers, had one of his worst games of the season and was so distraught that he sat on the court, frozen, as St. Joe’s celebrated. Sabathia gathered Hendrix from the floor, attempting to console him. In the locker room afterward, Wallace let Sabathia take over.
