Turkish troops were killed when their C-130 military cargo plane hurtled to the ground in neighboring Georgia for reasons yet to be determined.

Turkey's defense minister has announced that all 20 personnel on board a military cargo plane that crashed in Georgia have died.

Officials have been working for more than a week to confirm the identities of all of the victims, partially due to the severity of their injuries.
