Snow and sleet, changing to rain and melting snow is forecast today, mainly southwest of a Saginaw to Mount Clemens line.
In metro Phoenix, the West Valley saw up to 1.25 inches of rain, with 0.1 to 0.5 of an inch reported elsewhere.
