The return of the Seattle Vamps? Women's hockey has a long history in Seattle and could provide inspiration as PWHL Seattle considers a permanent name.

Pacific Northwest expansion to Seattle and Vancouver will give the PWHL eight teams next season. The moves are expected to spur even more interest across the region in hockey, which has steadily grown especially in Seattle since the arrival of the NHL Kraken in 2021.
