President Donald Trump’s administration said Monday that it will partially fund SNAP after a pair of judges’ rulings required it to keep the food aid program running, according to the Associated Press.
The Trump administration has agreed to partially fund the program, but states do not know when it will go into effect, or how much recipients will receive.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), which oversees SNAP, said there will not be enough funding to give enrolled Americans their food benefits next month. More than 64,000 Vermont residents will not receive their SNAP funds in November (referred to as 3SquaresVT within the state).
