Tributes have been paid to two of Anthony Joshua's "close friends and team members" after they were killed in a crash in Nigeria, in which the British heavyweight boxer was injured.

Three people died when their car spun into oncoming traffic and collided with a semi-truck on Interstate 90 near Drummond in Powell County on December 23.

Blount County Sheriff's Office Deputy Justin Mowery died in a car crash while on duty Dec. 28, the department announced. “I am heartbroken. This is devastating for his family, his shift-mates, this agency, and our community,” Blount County Sheriff James Lee Berrong said in a statement.
