Disney pulls ABC, ESPN channels from YouTube TV

YouTube TV and Disney could not reach a contract agreement, leaving subscribers without ABC and ESPN channels before a big college football weekend.
Saturday's Kentucky-Auburn game and Tuesday's UK men's basketball season opener could be affected by YouTube TV-Disney dispute.
YouTube TV subscribers have lost access to Disney-owned networks like The Disney Channel, ESPN, ABC and FX after the two companies failed to agree a contract extension for the content to stay on the live tv streaming service. As of now, those channels are blacked out and for sports fans that’s a bit of a problem.
The announcement of the deal came as a surprise in January, as Fubo had previously sued Disney (along with Fox and Warner Bros.) over antitrust concerns related to Venu, the streamers’ proposed giant sports app.
