Kentucky basketball played its final of two exhibition games last night when it played host to the Georgetown Hoyas at Rupp Arena. Down a couple of their starting guards, head coach Mark Pope and his Wildcats fell to Georgetown (84-70) in what was a defensive collapse and a mess on the offensive end of the court.
Granted, Kentucky has focused heavily on the transfer portal since Mark Pope arrived, while his current team is full of guys who could return for next season, including Jaland Lowe, Jasper Johnson, Trent Noah, Collin Chandler, Mo Dioubate, Brandon Garrison, Braydon Hawthorne, and Kam Williams.
