The team members behind Fallout: New Vegas agree it would be "awesome" if the post-apocalypse RPG could be released at some point with the graphics remastered, but they are busy with other projects.

However, there's no getting around the fact that visually, Fallout: New Vegas is a fossil. Luckily, as with most products associated with Bethesda and Obsidian, the modding community is quite active.
