There's a new system on Highway 12 in the Twin Cities west metro that the Minnesota Department of Transportation is hoping will help alleviate rush hour congestion for drivers during construction.

To help with rush hour traffic during construction on Highway 12, a movable barrier system is being used between Shoreline Drive and Central Avenue in Wayzata.
