Ionia judge dismisses remaining charges against former officers charged in prison beating
The Ionia County prosecutor requested the misdemeanor dismissals after Judge Raymond Voet dismissed felony charges, following a preliminary hearing.
The prosecutor said Casey Wagner could face additional charges, including one of embezzling from his employer, the Michigan Department of Corrections.
