At least one person has died during a powerful nor’easter that brought heavy rain, damaging wind gusts and coastal flooding to communities up and down the East Coast since the weekend.

Two plane passengers died in the crash on the median of Interstate 195 in Dartmouth, Massachusetts, police said.
