The Colts and Falcons clash in Berlin, Germany for the penultimate international NFL game of the year. Has the NFL gone to Germany before?

After London is now Berlin. With the NFL expanding American football outside of the United States, more and more games are taking place overseas to court fans from different countries. The league now travels to Germany for NFL Berlin Game.

Berlin will be the third German city to host a regular-season game when the Indianapolis Colts and Atlanta Falcons square off Sunday at Olympiastadion. A fourth location could soon be announced

The Colts and Falcons game will kick off at 9:30 a.m. ET on Sunday, Nov. 9. The Colts and Falcons contest in Germany is an NFL Network exclusive game for the national audience. Fans in the Indianapolis and Atlanta markets can find the game on their local broadcast networks:

The Colts and Falcons won’t be alone in the German capital. Nine other teams with commercial rights in the country through the NFL’s global markets program will also be in town to host events around the city in attempts to win over local fans.
