Newly released footage shows the moments before a UPS cargo plane crashed at Louisville International Airport, revealing the aircraft was missing its left engine, later found on the runway and removed.
NTSB member Todd Inman said the UPS plane was going 183 knots at an altitude of 475 feet before crashing south of Louisville's airport.
