In miserable conditions at Snapdragon Stadium, San Diego State seized first place in the Mountain West standings with a 17-7 home victory over Boise State.  The

San Diego County Supervisor Jim Desmond sent a letter to the San Diego State athletic department on Wednesday expressing concerns over ticket prices for SDSU football games.
