The Mercury announced Thursday that Taurasi will be inducted into the Mercury Ring of Honor, the franchise's highest honor, next year.

PHOENIX — Diana Taurasi's 20-season career with the Phoenix Mercury will be honored with her induction into the Mercury Ring of Honor. The recognition is the highest honor for a Mercury player. Taurasi is a six-time Olympic gold medalist and in 2021, was voted the WNBA’s Greatest Player of All-Time.
