First Alert Weather Days will continue into Tuesday, with morning temperatures feeling like they are in the mid-teens. Thankfully, these frigid temperatures won’t last all day, as we’ll warm up to the low 40s for Veterans Day afternoon under mostly sunny skies.
A cold weather system is arriving, and it will bring wet weather to the Desert Southwest through Saturday night. Tracking cooler and chillier temperatures this weekend and next week.

Bottom Line: A hard freeze is expected tonight into Tuesday morning across all of Central Alabama. A Freeze Warning is in effect through 9 AM Tuesday, and tomorrow is a First Alert Weather Day for freezing temperatures. After the freeze, a gradual warmup returns by mid to late week before our next round of rain arrives over the weekend.
