More than 100 people were dead and dozens were missing after torrential rain caused a massive flood over the Fourth of July weekend, devastating a girls camp along the Guadalupe River in Texas.  Camp Mystic said on its website that it was mourning the loss of 27 campers and counselors. The camp’s longtime director, Dick Eastland, was also feared dead.
