A person with knowledge of the hiring says the New York Jets and Aaron Glenn have agreed to terms on making the Detroit Lions defensive coordinator their head coach

Glenn and the Jets are interested in hiring Chris Banjo as special teams coordinator, Mike Klis of 9News reports. Banjo is currently an assistant with the Broncos, having taken a spot on Sean Payton‘s staff in 2023. Klis adds a New York interview request is expected, but also that the Broncos "don't want to lose Banjo."
