The next generation of Apple's personal assistant isn't arriving for a while yet -- Apple confirmed as much last week -- but Siri's features did advance with the introduction of Apple Intelligence in iOS 18. Most visibly, Siri appears as a glowing rainbow of color dancing around the borders of the screen.

Apple has confirmed it's delaying its big AI-powered Siri overhaul. "It's going to take us longer than we thought," a spokesperson said.
