Postecoglou was already facing intense scrutiny after a wretched run of just two wins in seven games and the situation went from bad to worse at Goodison Park this afternoon.

Postecoglou went all-out attack after the break and they got back to within one thanks to late goals from Dejan Kulusevski and Richarlison, but it was not enough to turn the tide.
