Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks secured a 117-101 win over the Indiana Pacers with a strong second-half performance in the first-round playoff series between the two teams on Friday. Milwaukee avoided falling into a disastrous 3-0 series deficit, now trailing 2-1.

For the second year in a row, the Indiana Pacers and Milwaukee Bucks are meeting in the first round of the NBA playoffs. And so far, the Pacers certainly have used playing on their home court to their advantage.

Gary Trent Jr. tied a franchise playoff record with nine 3-pointers and scored 37 points, Giannis Antetokounmpo also had 37 and the Milwaukee Bucks used a big second half to beat Indiana 117-101 on Friday night and cut the Pacers’ series lead to 2-1.
