Bengals, Joe Flacco

The viral claim circulating Sunday morning that Joe Flacco posted on Instagram saying the Bengals are “sending him home” is completely false. There is no such post on his verified account, and it didn’t come from anyone connected to Flacco or the Bengals.
Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Flacco suffered a hand injury during the fourth quarter of the team's NFL Week 12 loss to the New England Patriots at Paycor Stadium. Flacco was replaced by backup Jake Browning, who completed one pass. Flacco returned to the game a short time later, with his pointer finger on his throwing hand taped.
The Cincinnati Bengals were officially eliminated from postseason contention on Sunday, but don't expect quarterback Joe Burrow to be shut down as the team's season winds down.
Burrow's ability to recognize defensive patterns, set protections and find explosives out of them has set him apart in the NFL.
"Joe (Burrow) looked good," Flacco said after practice. "It's cool to see him out there. Obviously when you're both now taking reps, and things like that, conversations kinda happen. And just like 'how do you see this vs. that?' But yeah, Joe looked good."
