Lawyers announced a civil investigation into the police shooting death of Chicago Police Officer Krystal Rivera Wednesday.

Mourners, including police officials from across the state, started to arrive before noon at Living Word Christian Center in Forest Park for the funeral of Chicago police Officer Krystal Rivera.
