Over a foot of rain has already fallen in the last few days, and more is on the way amid major flooding in Washington state.

"The only clothes I got is just my pajamas," 7-year-old Jocelyn Rosas told CBS News' Carter Evans, as flooding devastated parts of Washington state.

An atmospheric river event that's been slamming the Pacific Northwest with rain is now focused on western Washington.
