BERLIN (Reuters) - Germany's constitutional court on Thursday dismissed a complaint by the leftist Sarah Wagenknecht Alliance seeking to legally challenge the results of the national election due to alleged counting errors.

Germany’s top court rejected a suit brought by the populist left-wing party BSW seeking a recount of the votes cast in last month’s national election.

Germany's Constitutional Court has declined to order a recount of the country's parliamentary election last month in which the upstart populist Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance (BSW) party fell short of gaining seats in the Bundestag.
