Manchester United have moved into the Premier League's top six with a comprehensive 4-1 win over bottom club Wolverhampton.

Ruben Amorim's side went ahead in the first half when Bruno Fernandes squeezed home a shot after some dismal Wolves defending. United had dominated the opening quarter but after taking the lead they ceded the initiative to the home side and they responded by levelling in first half added time when Jean Bellegarde turned home from inside the box.

Manchester United thrashed Wolverhampton Wanderers 4-1 to move into the Premier League top six today. Bruno Fernandes opened the scoring in scruffy fashion (25') before Jean-Ricner Bellegarde equalised (45+2'). Bryan Mbeumo tapped in (51') and Mason Mount volleyed home (62') before a confident Fernandes penalty (82').
