Reports: Vivek Ramaswamy plans to announce run for governor of Ohio
Cincinnati native Vivek Ramaswamy is reportedly planning to announce a run for governor of Ohio shortly. The reports come after Ramaswamy was being considered for Ohio’s vacant US Senate seat previously occupied by Vice President-elect JD Vance. Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine chose his Lt. Gov., Jon Husted, to fill the seat on Friday.
Trump is encouraging Ramaswamy to take the seat, if given the chance, calling his future at DOGE into question.
