Kittitas County deputies are asking residents and visitors to be on alert as the difficult search operation for Travis Decker plays out heading into next week.

Decker, who is charged with killing his three young daughters, had lived off the grid "for approximately 2.5 months on one occasion," according to an affidavit.

Authorities converged along Highway 97 late Monday in a reinvigorated search for a Wenatchee father accused of killing his three daughters, whose bodies were found last week west of Leavenworth.
