Investigators found 100 pounds of explosives in the car of the man who killed a Lorain police officer and wounded two others last week, authorities said.
According to the Lorain Police Department, the memorial service will begin at 11 a.m. Doors at Rocket Arena will open at 10 a.m.

Wagner died Thursday after being shot in an ambush attack. Two other officers were wounded, with one suffering serious injuries.
Police Officer Brent Payne, who was shot in Lorain while on a lunch break with fellow officers, was released from the hospital on Saturday with a police procession.
Volunteers met at the Kurtz Bros, Inc. in Avon on Sunday to create luminary bags for the memorial in front of the Lorain Police Department set up to honor fallen Officer Phil Wagner.
