It's a cold weekend with snow in the southwestern corner of Minnesota on Saturday morning as a clipper system slides through the Midwest.

Minnesota weather: A quiet and chilly Monday with some pocket sunshine
Monday will be a quiet and chilly day across Minnesota with partly cloudy skies and occasional glimpses of sunshine.
Ski hills in Taylors Falls, Minnesota, and Dresser, Wisconsin, are open for the winter season. Wild Mountain in Taylors Falls said on Monday that one of its ski hills, called Expressway, is now open, along with one of its four chair lifts.
Southern Minnesota got its first blast of winter this season as several inches of snow dropped on Saturday morning. A system passed through the southwestern corner of Minnesota as it moved southeast through the Midwest, and left behind decent accumulation.

Minnesota weather: Snow flurries on Sunday, cold breeze ahead
Some are waking up to light dustings of snow on Sunday morning, but warmer temperatures are ahead for later this week.
