After a brutal attack on Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, Mumbai police have arrested the main suspect, who used multiple aliases.

The Mumbai police said crucial CCTV footage of from a mobile shop in Dadar helped them identify the accused, identified as Mohammad Shariful Islam Shahzad.

The RPF arrested a suspect at Chattisgarh's Durg railway station in connection with the case. The suspected, identified as 31-years-old Aakash Kailash Kannojia was travelling on the Jnaneshwari Express from Mumbai LTT to Kolkata Shalimar.

The accused, identified as 30-year-old Mohammad Shariful Islam Shehzad, was reportedly working with a housekeeping agency.
