DALLAS - Making the trek to the Lone Star State for a matchup with ACC newcomer SMU, the Louisville men's basketball program rode their midseason winning streak to yet another victory, leaving Moody Coliseum with an emphatic wire-to-wire 98-73 win on Tuesday night.

Louisville’s lead grew to as much as 26 points in the first half, and the Cardinals led 50-27 at halftime. They were able to expand their lead to as much as 32 points early in the second half before SMU went on a 17-6 run midway through the second half to cut the lead to 18. But that was as close as the Ponies would get.
