A new $250 "visa integrity fee" will soon be required for most foreign nationals applying to enter the United States.

The United States will require international visitors to pay a new “visa integrity fee” of at least $250, added to existing visa costs, according to a provision in the Trump administration’s recently enacted domestic policy bill.

While the new U.S. Visa Integrity Fee appears like a great way to prevent overstays, it is an annoyance for travelers coming to the upcoming U.S. FIFA and Olympic games.
