Build with the powder and just pour water over the entire thing. Or make a tower out of the power with a one block hole running down the center. pour in water from the top and mine your way down.

Apr 29, 2021 · I think that the powder is a Shapeless Recipe so you can use the Mixer for it, and personally I’d add a toggleable Washing Fan to turn the Powder into Concrete Blocks.
