7:40pm Radar Update - Storms continue to develop over the Trans-Pecos region, just west of Crockett County. These storms are moving very little and are producing heavy rainfall with several areas of flash flooding. If you are traveling through this area, avoid low-lying areas and do not attempt to cross flooded roads. These storms are NOT expected to move eastward into the Concho Valley.
