Hurricane Milton is leaving behind a flooded Florida this morning, with over 3 million waking up without power. Recovery work is beginning as teams clear tree damage and wait for flood waters to receed in Clearwater, Tampa, Sarasota, Fort Myers and Naples, after a storm surge of up to 13 feet and rainfall of over 16 inches occurred last night.
