Well... we officially met some new neighbors today. 😂 Turns out they're followers of mine, so they stopped by to welcome us to the neighborhood and brought us a housewarming gift. We stood around chatting, laughing, and naturally... I passed a masterpiece back and forth with the wife (the husband doesn't partake) while we all got acquainted. They were the sweetest folks. Then they hopped in the truck to leave... CRUNCH. They backed right over my mailbox. 🤣 I don't know if that's considered a p
