During a September 30, 1969 session at the Record Plant, Jimi Hendrix was joined by Buddy Miles, Duane Hitchings and Stephen Stills. Stephen arrived inspired by the beautiful new song "Woodstock," he had just heard at Joni Mitchell's place.
