Working a specific sequence with the legend @markhunt8528 . We’re drilling a blitz forward, switching stance, closing the distance into a clinch, and firing a powerful short-range combination. A couple of key benefits from this drill: 1. Blitzing forward allows us to cover a lot of ground fast and force the opponent back onto the ropes. 2.
